Thesis Statement for Final Paper

For my paper I am intending to write on the newly evolved feminist aspects in the 2019 remake of the Aladdin movie. I am excited to write about this topic because Disney is finally starting to gear it's movies to the changing social climates. In this movie specifically there are scenes where Jasmine shows that not every women has to fall into a stereotypical lifestyle standing beside a man, but instead exhibiting to people how women can be leaders as well.
